Why didn't I get a reminder?
Check that notifications are on for Hearthling in the iPhone Settings app, and that Daily reminders is turned on in Hearthling's Settings. Reminders depend on your phone and can occasionally be delayed or missed, so please don't rely on them alone for safety checks like testing smoke and carbon monoxide detectors.
Where is my information stored?
Details are in our Privacy Policy. We don't sell your information and there are no advertising trackers in the app.
How do I delete my data?
Email us at the address above and we'll remove your information. Deleting the app removes what is stored on your device.
The AI helper gave me a wrong or unsafe answer.
It can be wrong. Verify anything important with the manufacturer or a licensed professional, especially for gas, electrical, roofing or structural work. If an answer looked unsafe, please email us the question so we can improve it.
How do I manage or cancel Hearthling Plus?
Open the iPhone Settings app, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and choose Hearthling. You can also use "Restore purchases" inside the app on a new phone. Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
